We provide exclusive leads to home improvement contractors in over 20 different trades. We do this by using state of the art, proprietary, campaign management software. We track every penny and take care of every little detail of your online marketing campaign so you don't have to. This allows us to do what we do best (internet marketing of course), and releases you to concentrate on making money by building and growing your business.
Our exclusive lead generation for home improvement contractors is by membership only. To qualify for membership, there are certain criteria that must be met and adhered to at all times. A few of the basic requirements are:
º Maintaining a valid contractor's license for the state(s) in which you operate
º Maintaining proper licensing, bonding, and insurance according to local, state, and federal authorities
º Maintaining an acceptable rating with local groups such as the BBB and the likes
To become a member there is also a one time membership fee of $249 $49, after which the only thing you ever pay for with us is for actual leads! No monthly or annual fees, no late charge fees (we bill in advance), nothing to pay ever again, nothing, nada, zero, zilch! However, you must maintain an active credit card on file at all times. We suggest to our clients to put a main credit card on file, as well as, a backup card just in case your main one goes over the limit or encounters a problem. The last thing you or us want is to have a lapse in your billing, and then to lose your territory to someone on the waiting list. If there ever is a billing issue, you will receive an automated email stating that you have 48 hours to make a payment on your account to keep it current and protect your territory.
Once leads start arriving they are logged into our online Lead Management Software for you to view, track, request credits, etc. If you so choose, leads can also be emailed directly to you or your marketing center manager, or both! Our system allows you to specify your maximum monthly spending budget. Depending on how large your monthly spending budget is (from $3,000 to $300,000), it may take us many days, weeks, or in some cases, months to reach your target spending amount. On larger campaigns extra time is needed due to large scale optimization of your campaign.
