We offer shared leads to contractors nationwide. Our shared leads can be sold up to a maximum of 4 contractors at a time. Although a lot of our leads go to only 1, 2 or 3 contractors at a time, we do reserve the right to sell it up to 4 times. Our shared leads price is $39 per lead.
Keep in mind that our leads are all 100% call screened to weed out as many bad or bogus leads as possible. Our in house staff calls each lead anywhere from 1 to 4 times to verify validity. So disconnected numbers, fax machines, “Pizza Hut’s, and the likes all get weeded out before they ever come to you. We confirm the clients full name, address, email, phone, and home improvement trade for all of the people we do get a hold of. This saves our contractors a lot of time weeding through bad leads to find the good ones. Although no company can guarantee 100% lead contact, we do our best to limit the amount of bad leads coming through our pipeline.
Since we know that some bad leads are bound to slip through the cracks, our leads are backed by a 100% Lead Guarantee. If the original lead you get is no good, we will replace it with another lead for FREE! Our simple return policy makes it easy for our Contractors to request a lead credit by logging into our online portal, clicking on the lead and then clicking “Request Credit”. That’s it! We then call to verify that the lead is in fact bad, and if so, we will credit your account so that your next lead is free.
