Why are exclusive leads better than non-exclusive?
Typically what we find is that our clients closing rates and profit margins usually tend to increase with exclusive based leads. We believe this is due to the fact that when someone has 3 or 4 other contractors already scheduled to come out, it can be difficult to sell the job right away. Usually what ends up happening is that everyone gets into a pricing war and figures out a way to do the jobs for less profit. Unfortunately, for both the contractor and the homeowner, everyone suffers because the contractor has to end up using inferior products, or labor to get the job done at such a low cost. Buying exclusive leads will hopefully allow the contractor to sustain his profit margins and create a win/win situation with the homeowner.

How much do your leads cost?
Our leads are very fairly priced, based on the fact that the are exclusive. We have three price brackets based on the type of home improvement lead it is. Our lead prices are $55, $65, or $75 each. Please see our Pricing page for a compete breakdown.

Why are your leads more expensive than other companies?
When compared to traditional internet based leads, our costs are very reasonable. You must consider that when a non-exclusive lead vendor sells you a lead they are also selling that very same lead to 3 or 4 other contractors as well. Non-exclusive internet leads can range anywhere from $35 to $80 per lead, per contractor. When you do the math they are charging around $200 per lead. Our margins are much lower. Our leads have three different cost brackets depending on the lead type; they are either $55, $65, or $75 each. Remember, we only sell our leads one time to one contractor. When you do the math you find that non-exclusive leads are selling for about 300% more than ours.

Is there a return policy for bad leads?
Yes, we do offer a return policy within 7 days of receiving the lead for the following 4 reasons: 1) Phone and Email Invalid, 2) Not the Homeowner, 3) Duplicate Within 30 Days, or 4) Outside of Job Scope. (Credits are always issued as a lead credit and not a cash refund.)

How does your company generate leads?
We use every form of internet lead generation imaginable. A few of the ways are pay per clicks (ppc), both organic and local searches, blogs, emails, and so on. We also use a proprietary, geo-specific lead generating optimization software to do most of the grunt work for us, however, we still add that human touch to everything we do which helps to make us successful. This takes the guesswork out of your hands for generating high quality leads, and lets you focus on what you do best: home improvement.

How do I know if my trade is available in my area?
The only way to know is to contact one of our Customer Account Representatives by clicking on the Contact link above, and then submitting your information. If your trade is currently full you will be asked if you would like to place your company on our waiting list. When a spot for your trade and area become available, we will contact you to see if you are still interested in our services.

What if my trade isn't listed?
If you offer home improvements in a trade that isn't listed on our site, you can contact us to see if it can be added. Keep in mind that you must cover a large territory (such as multiple states) and be able to accept a large number of leads to be considered.

Do you guys have a monthly minimum lead purchase amount?
Yes we do have a monthly minimum purchase. Potential clients sometimes ask if they can start with 5 or 10 leads a month and the response is usually no. The reason why is that our business model is very different from the traditional non-exclusive internet leads. We build our campaigns based around only a small handful of contractors in any specific area. It takes a lot of time, money and resources for us to optimize our geo-specific campaigns for each trade in each area. For this reason we usually ask for a minimum monthly budget of at least $1,000 and even that can vary slightly from trade to trade.

How do I sign up for your services?
To sign up for our services, you must fill out the form on the Contact page and a Customer Account Representative will call you back to walk you through the steps. We do a screening process to ensure proper licensing and insurance qualification are met. Then we send you a "Membership Agreement" form by email for you to fill out and send back. Within a few days you are entered into our system and within a week or so you start receiving exclusive leads!

Is there a sign up fee or any recurring monthly fees?
No there is no sign up fee, monthly fee, or any other type of a fee other than our one time Membership fee of $49. Once your Membership fee has been paid, the only other item you will ever pay for with us is for actual leads!

How do I get billed for the leads?
We bill on a "pay as you go" basis, as leads get sent to you we charge your credit card on file. When you fill out the "Membership Agreement" there is an attachment which allows you to specify your monthly lead budget.

When can I expect to receive my first lead?
After your campaign is set up and payment has been processed, you can expect to receive your first lead in about a week or so. This time allows us to enter you into our system, as well as, to geo-target your campaign and start the optimization process.

What is your cancellation policy if I decide to cancel?
Due to the fact that we are very confident with our lead generation system, we do not require any sort of long term contracts from our clients. If our system doesn't work for you, you may cancel at anytime. In order to prevent your next scheduled payment from going through there is a one week notice of cancellation, so that we can shut down the system on our end. Any lead credits (from returns) already in the system at the end of the one week notice will be issued to you in the form of a lead; there are no monetary refunds, only lead credits. Ex. - If you have enough funds in your account for 2 more leads, then we will continue to issue leads to you after your cancellation date until all funds have been depleted.

Is my territory exclusive to just me?
No. The leads you receive are all exclusive, however, the territories are not. If we can generate 300 leads in your area for your trade, but you can only take 50 leads a month, then obviously we have to have a few other contractors in place that can take the overflow of leads. We prefer to keep our membership network small and efficient whenever possible.

What if I want to sign up for multiple products?
You may sign up for multiple products with our company and many companies do, however, each trade will be a different campaign and each trade will have its own minimum monthly requirements as outlined above in "monthly minimums".

Why have I never heard of your company?
We are not trying to set up every contractor on the face of the planet for our services, but prefer to work within a smaller network. Due to the fact that we are an exclusive lead provider, we have much less client turnover rates than other non-exclusive internet lead vendors.
