How does your company generate leads?
We generate leads nationwide through online marketing methods such as email blasts, organic and local searches, pay per clicks (PPC), and more. You can visit our website www.MyLocalHomePro.com to see one of the forms that consumers fill out to get an estimate from a local contractor for their home improvement project. We generate 1,000′s of leads every month nationwide.
What home improvement trades do you cover?
We currently generate leads for replacement windows, electrical, plumbing, vinyl siding, roofing Ė (asphalt shingle or tile), HVAC (new furnace or A/C), kitchen remodeling, solar electric, and bathroom remodeling. You may sign up for as many home improvement products as you would like with our company, and many companies do. Our business is constantly growing and we will be adding more trades soon. If you offer home improvements in a trade that we donít currently cover, you can contact us to see if it can be added. Keep in mind that you must cover a large territory (such as multiple states) and be able to accept a large number of leads to be considered.
Do you do repairs?
We do not market for repairs, however sometimes homeowners looking for HVAC or Roofing don’t always know if they need a repair or a new replacement until you (the contractor) goes out to look. Other than those scenarios, we do not sell repair leads. If you do happen to get a repair lead for anything else we will refund it.
What areas do you cover?
We are a nationwide network matching quality contractors to quality home improvement projects.
How much do your leads cost?
Our lead prices vary by trade. You will only pay per lead that you receive and there is no monthly or annual fee to our service. It is a pay as you go system, meaning that you get billed in real time as a lead comes in.
What information will I receive about each lead?
You'll receive the following details about each lead we send you: First and Last Name, Address, Phone Number, Email and Product or Service they need.
How will I receive my leads?
Leads can be sent to you as an email or text message. We aim to get the lead to you as quickly as possible to help get your foot in the door before the homeowner has a chance to shop your competition. Leads can also be viewed online by logging into our Pro Pages, where you can view all of your leads and transactions.
Where do I go online to view my account?
Once your account is set up you can login to our Pro Pages online to view all of your leads and transactions, as well as request credits for bad leads at http://propages.lendingtree.com/
How can I set up my coverage area?
We can set up a territory for you to receive leads in specific states, counties, or zip codes. We also provide the option to set up your territory by using a zip code + mile radius, such as 90210 + 30 mile radius.
Is my territory exclusive to just me?
No, your territory is not exclusive to you. If we can generate 300 leads in your area for your trade, but you can only take 50 leads a month, then obviously we have to have a few other contractors in place that can take the overflow of leads. We prefer to keep our membership network small and efficient whenever possible.
How many contractors do you have in my area?
Unfortunately we canít disclose that, and regardless it changes on a regular basis. We may only have one contractor today, but sign up two more this week. Keep in mind that our leads are shared and we reserve the right to sell each lead up to 4 times. Most of our coverage areas have between 1 and 3 contractors, but there is no way to be sure. However, we never sell a lead more than 4 times – Guaranteed!
How many appointments will I set with your services?
Itís important to contact the lead as soon as you receive it to increase the likelihood that youíll turn each lead into a client. On average we hear that our contractors set 3 to 5 appointments out of every 10 leads they purchase. Remember we don’t guarantee appointments, but interest in an appointment only. Even your own referrals can’t be guaranteed to turn into appointments.
Are your leads call verified?
Our leads are not all verified, but every lead is pre-screened. We have an in-house lead verification department that calls every single lead anywhere from 1 to 4 times in order to verify lead information and weed out bad leads. Keep in mind that while we do our best to weed out as many bad leads as possible, unfortunately sometimes they do slip through which is why we offer a 100% Lead Guarantee.
Is there a return policy for bad leads?
Yes, we do offer a return policy within 7 days of receiving the lead for the following 4 reasons: 1) Phone and Email Invalid, 2) Not the Homeowner, 3) Duplicate Within 30 Days, or 4) Outside of Job Scope. (Credits are always issued as a lead credit and never a cash refund.) Refunds for invalid leads MUST be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The refund request will be approved or declined by our customer services department within 5 business days. If approved, you will receive a credit for the lead cost on your Lending Tree Home Pros account so that your next lead will be free.
Do you have a monthly minimum lead purchase amount?
While we do not have a minimum lead purchase amount, our system default is at least 1 lead per week. However, we do give our contractors the option to set a maximum lead purchase. You can set a maximum daily lead limit, weekly lead limit, and/or a monthly lead limit. In other words if you donít want to receive more than 10 leads a week we can limit your account.
How do I get billed for the leads?
We bill 1/4 of your monthly budget. To maintain your account, a credit card will be kept on file and you will be billed automatically as your balance is depleted. Our system accepts MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
How do I sign up for your services?

Can I adjust my account settings and lead criteria?
Once you are set up with our company you will be able to email the Customer Service department through your online portal with any changes that need to be made to your account or questions you have and a Customer Service Rep will be in touch as soon as possible to assist you.
What is your cancellation policy if I decide to cancel?
Due to the fact that we are very confident with our lead generation system, we do not require any sort of long term contracts from our clients. If our system doesn’t work for you, you may cancel at anytime. There is a one week notice of cancellation, so that we can shut down the system on our end. Any lead credits (from returns) already in the system at the end of the one week notice will be issued to you in the form of a lead; there are no monetary refunds, only lead credits. Ex. – If you have enough funds in your account for 2 more leads, then we will continue to issue leads to you after your cancellation date until all funds have been depleted.
